Bad service

Very bad service. I canceled a package in November 2024 and is still being billed for it. The call centre never answers. I regret continuing with their service when I relocated. I thought the process would be simple to just relocate the service, but you have to cancel the current one and subscribe to a new package. I would really like to cancel, but they do not answer their phones. When you log a ticket, they state it is resolved without contacting one about the issue.
