Bad service

Worst service from Supersonic, every agent gives you different set of information. I've been waiting for my refund and every time I follow up it's the same story, it's on the refund batch but yet this batch never gets kicked off to pay me my refund. They've collected their router and I never used the service that I paid upfront for but yet they're taking forever to give me back my money. Please do yourself a favour and don't sign up with them, their service absolutely sucks!
