Bad service

Bad customer service, been trying to sign up for WiFi and they are sending me from pillar to post, they respond to their WhatsApp messages after an hour and shut down the chat if you don’t respond in 5 minutes. Takes 30 minutes plus to respond after nudging them. They don’t answer calls, keep you on hold forever. I can’t get any fiber provider because it’s only Supersonic with coverage yet they want to begged for a service. Every morning I send a message and told to start again on the portal the same thing I’ve been doing
