Bad service

I app**** for WiFi 3 weeks ago. It was the same day I app**** for a car. I received my car 3 days after the application yet I’m still waiting for the WiFi to be delivered. I’ve spent so much of airtime trying to phone these agents to assist me and no one could. My husband called and spoke to a few different people and all of them ended up cutting the call on him and he wasn’t being rude to them he just wanted some assistance. I’m at this point where I just feel like canceling everything and looking for a more professional company to assist me. Everybody is aware of the corona virus that’s going around. I wanted to have my WiFi before the lock down as I have a two year old who loves watching tv. Now I have to wait till God knows when and I’ve got no pleasure working with these people. It’s very upsetting.
