Bad service.

I am sick and tired and frustrated. My WI Fi is off for almost 1 week. Supersonic don't give feedback or do follow ups. Every time you call them, because they don't call you, you spend at least 30 to 40 min on the phone. The Sup, Suhayl, promised to send proof of my querie that was forwarded to the company they using, still waiting. This is the worst, pathetic, useless WI Fi provider that I've ever seen. There are more excuses from pathetic staff than solutions. I will NEVER recommend them to my worst enemies.
