Bad service

My sim card was delivered last week Wednesday and the sim is not working. I had a chat with one of your agents and I was told it will be active the next day and that was a lie. I called on Friday and they said I should give it an hour, the sim card is still not working. I even sent an email today but no one has responded. I'm not sure if this a **** or what but I'm frustrated and tired of this.
