bad service

The service level at supersonic is so poor that even the managers do not attend or care about customer queries, I have since logged a query regarding a billing date that is incorrect but still have not been assisted, even spoke to team leader Raynolds who promised to assist but still did nothing. They are so quick to debit money on an incorrect date but when you query, they do not help. Wasted a lot of money calling them but still no help.
