Bad service

-Worst service in the world! -Un-trained call-centre agents! -Unlimited amounts of phone calls to the call-centre with limited to no help! -Every time a another area has load-shedding, out internet speed is super slow. We are supposed to have 20meg line! -call-centre agents throws the phone down in our ears!
