Bad Fibre /WIFI provider

Worst service I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Signing up was a breeze... I have been a loyal client and paid diligently monthly for over 2 years now without any problems.... Till I moved house and requested my line to be moved. I app**** more than a month ago and have still not had it moved. I have called the call centre agents more than 30 times, I have messaged on Facebook messenger, I have called daily. Still no joy. I have requested management phone me, obviously no manager has called, I don't think they exist... so basically I have paid for a months service I have not received.... I have wasted money on phone calls to them as nothing materialises.... I have had to buy airtime daily. They just don't care. I am stuck in a contract I cannot get of.
