Bad customer service Katlego S and the rest of the stuff

This is the worst ISP ever!

I’d you know what’s good for you never sign up or place an order with Supersonic

I don’t even know where to start from their *********** customer service to their retentions team, a whole bunch on rotten potatoes!!!

I placed an order on the 6th then cancelled it within 7 days due to bad customer service as usual, and after they decided to keep my line active even though it wasn’t activated on my side and they are demanding that I pay for it! That’s bull I spoke to Katlego S who is responsible for releasing fibre lines he’s in retentions and apparently the only one who can do this, so ***********!

Wish they can close down and all loose their jobs cause they are clearly failing. Being told to hold on the line for 5 damn hours!!
