Bad customer service in the world

This company has one of the most annoying call centers in the world, each time I call them I need to be in a phone for 30+ min and not get my problem resolved.

Right now I don't have internet I tried calling and couldn't get through, I spoke to someone on Twitter I was given a red number isp- 601687. Today am trying them again no response yet I still have the problem.

I also want to find out why after I changed my account from debit to prepaid and still get invoices of me owing R3k.

If any one could advise which service provider is better than supersonic because I can't anymore.
