Bad customer service ever. ****mers at the highest extent

These guys are ****mers, I app**** for a fibre line with them because they had a special that they were running for three months. I registered my account only to be activated after a month and they charged me for the first month a full amount of the original amount of the line speed. Logged a ticket for them to assist. They came back to me after a month. Tried calling them several times to get assist and nothing. Then the second month they started charging me the promotion amount. They only changed me the promotion for two months then on the fourth month billed me the full line speed amount. Spoke to a consultant from accounts/billing department and explained everything for her, she saw the mistake and advised me that she is logging a ticket for me. Only for the ticket to be closed the same day with the feedback stating there's no errors. I then Logged another ticket and I haven't received any feedback from them. They really don't respect their customers. This is a company that has a lot of clients that complain everyday regarding their customer service.
