BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
I would rate it Zero!!!!! I wouldn't recommend Supersonic to anyone, and not even if they improved their service. Everytime my internet is down, and I have to call every time to top up, which takes them 30 minutes to answer the call. That's not great customer service, from the first time I experienced issues with Supersonic. When I first purchased a router, I was told it will be delivered in 4-7 days, but it took a whole month!!!! I tolerated that, but I' am not happy with what I'm experiencing right now. It's not even a month I've been with them but already I'm canceling..
BAD BAD BAD!!!!
