Bad customer service
I have been with them for over a year, last month they overcharged my account and trying to get a hold of them is a nightmare, I tried logging and incident on the website, calling the helpline just puts you on hold, the WhatsApp closes if you don't reply within 5min.
Customer service is very bad. I still haven't had proper feedback after 5 days.
