Bad customer service

Supersonic has the worse customer service. After waiting almost 2 months for installation and hours on the phone with the supersonic call center agents they are really pathetic. Each and every consultant gives you a different story or advice are they not working for the same company. The customer service is really bad I have never ever experienced such unprofessional service.
