Bad Customer experience
I have been waiting for installation almost 14 days now...I keep asking them when will it be done keep getting stories of escalation no one ever calls...How did they get rated 2nd best ISP no ways...That is why Afrihost is the best 2 to 3 days max installation an setup is done...imagine if you have to have an issue they clearly will never respond. Im actually glad they have not installed yet so that I can cancel!!!
