Bad Customer care

Today i've been calling for help and i got through and was sent to customer care and the agent Sakhile answered, he didnt even listen to what i had to say after i gave him the account number he just transfered me back to technical support which was answered by another pathetic agent Nolwazi. when she is suppose to help me sort out the problems i called about instead of helping she cuts the call on me, making it my problem again so i think this is the last straw with this company. The business and some of its agents like Sakhile from Customer care and Nolwazi from technical support are totally useless they shouldn't even be working with customers if thats their attitude.
