Bad company

Probably the worst customer experience I ever had. Only been with them for a month and have already been trying to leave for 2 weeks now.

* Unreachable (I haven’t received one call from them ever.) * **** network (ping over 400ms at only 10Mbps upload ***? Not even mentioning how unreliable the network is as well. Frequently connections just fail to resolve the hostname intermittently and randomly) * Convoluted customer journeys (the whatsapp bot is a joke, I tried to cancel my service but it told me to go through the call centre. After waiting 30 minutes in a call queue I was told to just send an email? Why couldn’t the stupid whatsapp bot just’ve told me that?) * Broken portal (I can’t even see my services or anything on their portal)

What a terrible ISP.
