Bad communication!!

I'm so disappointed with the service of supersonic They say I owe them yet have never skipped a month on the payment. Since the beginning of the month I have tried to make communication and they don't get back to me. I have tried several times to get in touch. They call and hang up same time. Their service is very bad. I need answers!!!!!! I am paying customer, this is daylight robery.
