Bad Bad Service
Why has my connection been deactivated. I made payment on the 26th of August and I was disconnected yesterday. How is that I get deactivated when it has not even been 30 days from my last payment, my contract is month to month right and I have been making payments for more than 2 years and this has never happened then why is this happening now?? How do your payment cycles work? This is against TCF!! I have been trying to get assistance form your social media guys. Silence.
