Bad Bad Service

In short, my fiber line keeps on dropping, and has done this in the past couple of days. All my neighbors are on supersonic and has the same issues. I have been trying to get a resolution through their WhatsApp line, but after the obvious checks, I get told that they are logging a support call. I run a business from home and cannot support a company that seems not to be able to assist clients. Please call me to fix this.
