BAD BAD COMPANY

I used services from Supersonic in 2021 and canceled the service in January 2022. I communicated the cancelation process with them and received and an email confirmation that my supersonic account - will be deactivated on the 2022/01/31 . that the month of January serves as your one calendar month notice period.

Their courier collected Supersonic router therafter. I heve never heard from Supersonic since intil now when the collection company calls me to say that supersonichanded me over for not paying.

What services was I supposed to be paying for and why didn't they ever contacted me or email statements. They are *****ulent. DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC OR YOU WILL SUFFER FINANCIAL *********ING.
