BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
This company honestly does not know how to provide a service!!! They load random amounts on debit orders and then it's nearly impossible to get refunds. I signed up for a 10/10 Mbps fibre line with them @ ZAR 675.00 and every month my account is debited with ZAR 799.00??? This month ZAR 1818.34 is debited. The only answer you get when you call them is: The matter has been escalated. That is where it stays... In the escalation box!!! Supersonic is SUPER NOTHING!!!!
