Bad bad bad and worst service ever in my life.
Pathetic service. I have waited 14 days for my delivery from them to install fibre. I have contacted them daily and they say we will let you know. We will send an email. They are pathetic worst service ever. And not only that even the computer responding to your questions and complaints can't respond. I don't know what to do anymore . Best I get somebody else.

The coordinator hasn' even contacted metro fibre. She has done nothing but waisted my time and and patience. I AM TRULY APPALLED WITH the service ... the waiting period.. so disappointe . All thi wait and phone calls and communications for nothing.
Enjoy your weekend. Because the children and i still have no access to wifi .
