Awful. Avoid.

Here to vent since I can never get into contact with Supersonic.

WhatsApp support is literally non-operational. They let go of most of their staff in October 2024 and the majority of this seems to be support staff.

No-one ever answers the phone. No response from e-mails. No other contact methods available. See above.

Poor speed/reliability on LTE. Am cancelling this month, if they'd LET me...
