I would like to Congratulate Gugu Cebekhulu from Mtn Supersonic, for her wonderful, excellent service, her attention to details, great communication skills and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected I'm writing to thank you for the quality service provided, I sincerely appreciate your efficiency, gracious customer service, she's definitely an asset to supersonic and would like Calvin Collett CEO of Supersonic to recognize such quality service and appreciate such employees she deserves a spar treatment hopefully salary increase and i hope the ceo will reach out to Gugu and say Thank you Gugu for exciting supersonic clients with excellent service, yesterday all the towers were down Gugu called me and explained the process also apologized for towers being off or damaged her consistency and honest made my day even thou I didn't have connection but communication is the key and advising clients regarding any situation every time I call supersonic call Centre most people sound miserable but Gugu was exceptional true supersonic agent with confidence AND True customer champ, im a loyal client now because of Gugu aint going nowhere
