Aweful service from Supersonic

Terrible service from Supersonic. Wanting to move my current supersonic fiber line to my new apartment which has fiber box set up. Initial call they told me it would be no problem will take a day to transfer. After no internet for 2 days , I phone back and am told it will take 7-14 working days??!!!! How is this possible, other providers do same day change. I work from home. Terribly rude/non-existent customer service to boot. Not recommended
