Avoid - they never respond to customer emails
A very irresponsive company. I have emailed them many times to say that their monthly invoices are wrong, and no matter which address I email there, they acknowledge receipt, but never respond. I have even asked them to provide details of their auditors, so I may notify them, but, as usual, Supersonic didn't respond to that either. So, my suggestion would be to avoid them - there are many other service providers there that don't just leave one to suffer....

But, as seems to be the culture there at Supersonic, I never heard from her again. Still waiting....
