Avoid Supersonic like Ebola!
I reported a problem with my LTE-A and was given the case number: CAS-495540. For 3 weeks now I haven't had connectivity between 7pm and 10pm. Up until now still no response, effort or anything? I can't even get anybody at Supersonic to cancel my account?

Up until now,no one from Supersonic contacted me and still no resolution. You guys are absolutely pathetic! I demand that this issue be resolved or I will lay a complaint with the needed authority,make your choice!
