Avoid Supersonic fibre company

Since Sunday the 16th of January my internet has been down due to a faulty router and this guys have refused to come fix/change it..they keep saying a tech would call me and come but as we speak they haven’t shown up that time i only joined them last month. Messed up company and they had the gut to send an invoice for payment today 🤦♂️
