Avoid Supersonic at All Costs – Worst Internet and Customer Service!

I have been experiencing extremely slow Fixed LTE internet for over a month now. Despite submitting numerous support tickets, Supersonic has done absolutely nothing to fix it. I haven’t even reached the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limit, yet my download speed is a pathetic 0.05 Mbps! This is completely unacceptable.

What’s worse? Their customer support is a joke. Calling them is pointless—they never answer the phone. I’ve tried countless times to reach them, but it’s impossible. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to providing actual service, they are nowhere to be found.

I currently have six services with Supersonic, and I’m cancelling every single one of them. Stay far away from this terrible company. If you value your time, money, and sanity, look elsewhere for internet service.

It’s clear that something is wrong with the Botshabelo-H towers, as the service used to work fine but has now completely deteriorated. Yet, Supersonic refuses to acknowledge the issue or fix it.
