Avoid Supersonic at all costs

An absolute nightmare to reach any form of customer service. The call centre is impossible to reach, which for an MTN subsidiary is ridiculous, and the WhatsApp line they push everyone to use also never responds and then closes off "to allow staff to catch up". They don't process service change requests timorously and keep on billing to their heart's content.
