AVOID SUPERSONIC AT ALL COST!!!!!!

DO NOT USE , AVOID!!!! While Supersonic is happy to increase your monthly instalment the service gets worse and worse, repeated network issues, might have a momentarily fix. the last straw was that all my WiFi devices kept on being kicked off the WiFi network from phones to TV etc. once where i was able to have a WiFi network it was no longer existing or WiFi is available but no internet, the WiFi name changes between supersonic and Zyxel the router.

I submit a ticket 31 July 2025 and await response 11 August. I had enough I am picking up 3 to 5 different WiFi networks apart from mine and I am standing next to the router. I do a speed test on a 50 up 50 down line, I got 3.77 Down and 3.16 up.

I submit cancellation tickets. no response I call Supersonic and the SS representative acknowledges that there was 6 tickets not yet logged with the Fiber company, What the heck??? on the 12th August I receive a call from SS - they want to check with me my reason for cancelling, and I explain if you send your car for a service and they don't service the car but charge you for the service, is that fair? "No its not the same thing" i am told. I informed SS that they will not deduct the cancellation period which they did in any case but the same person told me to be realistic!!!!! with my notice period i seek a new service provider only to find out that Supersonic listed my reason for cancellation as BAD DEBT with the Fibre company. Perfect Thank you SuperSonic. I spent about R 17 000.00 with you over the time frame you took over from the previous provider. I call SuperSonic 25 September and request a call back. never received a call as expected. So i submit another ticket referring to the tickets of this issue. I will not here from you will I. so I called the call centre again 26 September with no available supervisors I again await a call from SuperSonic. SO SuperSonic I shall head to HQ and ask to speak to someone that can clarify how you will rectify my BAD DEBT credit score!!!!!!!
