Avoid like the plague!!!

I have a voip service through them. Early in June my business phone was only able to make calls and not receive calls. My clients thought we were closed, a Covid result. Far from the truth. The Hours that I have spent on their phone talking to over 20 different people in their call center. All polite, all very sweet, all totally and absolutely incapable of having my issue resolved. I am still without the ability to receive calls, for approximately 3 months. I have yet to see a technician more than once, no matter how many promises. I have had one call back in all this time, with promises of more call backs. All for nought. Not if your life depended on it, would I Ever recommend this company to anyone. Lovely friendly staff yet totally incapable of getting anyone senior to expedite or resolve my issue.
