Avoid at all costs - incomplete router provided / zero service or response to complaints
You WILL regret the day you ever laid eyes on the name of their business.
They utterly fail as an Internet Service Provider: being unable to PROVIDE a complete and functional router ( mine arrived missing aerials ). As for SERVICE, they failed to repeatedly respond to any requests for remedial action via any platform including their own in-house support ticket system (nor phone, their whatsapp support #, email, or twitter DM.) Absolutely NO CLIENT SERVICE.
They will however continue to bill you for an INTERNET service you can't use because of the shoddy used, incomplete, equipment they provided. And when they acknowledge your cancellation, they'll **BILL YOU** for the collection of the incomplete router THEY provided. The entire duration of my utterly regrettable experience with them failed to yield even one second's worth of usable INTERNET via their supp**** equipment. Not much of an INTERNET provider if you fail in providing that one core aspect of your business model to your clients.
Go somewhere else. Avoid.

What the heck business practice is going on at Supersonic?
Unbelievable. You've actually just **billed me for the incomplete router** ( INV-220298 ) you shipped/suppled me, instead of collecting it at your own cost; a router that was received used and missing parts ( on record ), to which you've provided NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REMEDIAL ACTION, for an **internet service I've not been able to use ** because of AN INCOMPLETE AND NON FUNCTIONAL ROUTER which *YOU HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE*!
I ****** well expect to see a REVERSAL of INV-220298 SST197699, immediately, for the above travesty.
As well as the rebates for INV-196201 ( 1 July '23 ) and INV-181089 ( 1 June '23) for unusable services due to incomplete hardware supp**** and not remedied after repeated requests via multiple support channels options and via your unreachable call center.
This is utterly outrageous.
