AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Reported a fault on our internet 5 days ago. Phoned to follow up each and every day but all they can say is that the fault has been logged and someone will get back to us. Impossible to speak to a manager. Staff on the phone could not care less. Supersonic it most defnitely is not.
