Atrocious Service

Can someone please assist us, nobody is calling and nobody is coming to assist us. We work from home and rely strongly on our wifi, We have been off since Sunday evening and to this day nothing has happened. What is wrong? The service has dropped since we joined Supersonic,noy sure between yourself and VUMA who is the problem. This is unacceptable honestly, I cant with this company honestly. ***/SST848508 Some please help quick!
