Atrocious Service and after service delivery

Sheneez Williams Supersonic is the worst provider. Their service delivery is poor however the after service delivery is even more dissapointing. I have been mailed a bill and raised numerous support tickets and used their whatsapp portal with no job. i have also called their call centre and no agents answer the call for hours on ends. very dissatisfied client. To date i have not been able to resolve my billing issue or speak to an employee at Supersonic
