Its been a week and your wonderful cancelation team has not contacted me back, should i just leeave you to keep the line as you wish and say ***** you and go with adsl what is your problem for real??? Your service sucks and thats why i tried canceling, but your service is so bad you cant even get that right... Let me know what ls your plans so i can flip you the bird!

Langelihle Radebe also said they'll "escalate" the matter to the head of cancelations, but still nothing... Vox and Vuma has confirmed to me that you are HOLDING THE LINE WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM PHONE ME EMAIL ME *** SMS ME IF YOU WISH BUT LET ME KNOW WHAT IS YOUR DAMN PROBLEM.... ITS IS CONFIRMED NOT SPECULATED BUT CONFIRMED BY VUMA THE OWNERS OF THE FIBRE INFRASTRUCTURE.... WILL SOMEONE PLEASE WAKE UP!!!!!
