APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Dear Supersonic Technical Service Team

I refer to the above mentioned Call Reference#-CAS-109668-V4G6S8 related to a technical issue we have been experiencing with our wifi for several months. Our internet connection is extremely fluctuating, unreliable & unstable. Being fully dependent on internet connection from a work perspective, you can imagine how frustrating this unresolved situation is becoming.

I spoke to Sipho earlier today & unfortunately the trouble shooting advise she provided was unsuccessful. Please could you confirm as a matter of urgency when a technician will be assigned to assist with this issue onsite at our home?
