Appalling service of Supersonic internet provider!

I wanted to subscribe / buy a new home internet service. The phone just rang, no one answered, I tried for two weeks with no avail, no answer to email and no answer to telephone calls. how do these people do business? absolutely appalling service! Actually, one can't complain about the service as there is NONE! Please do not wait time trying to contact Supersonic!!!!!!
