Appalling service from Supersonic. Poor customer service & work ethic

Worst service ever. I app**** in July for fiber still awaiting installation I call ever other week get pushed from pillar to post. I Am told a manager will call me. No calls no emails no effort what so ever. Each time I call no one knows what is going. They even have gone as far as telling me that installation has occurred when nothing has ever happened. Iv even alerted my bank to ensure that they do not deduct any more for a service that has never been delivered. This company is a *****.
