Appalling service from Supersonic and Nepic

So all the nepic clients were taken over by Supersonic. To date no communication has been received regarding this. Now I am having constant issues with my wifi and nobody is answering. Supersonic get your act together. I pay for a service. Go onto your fb pages and look at all the comments from your clients its disgusting that nobody from your company has bothered to communicate. I will definitely be finding an alternative service provider.
