APPALLING SERVICE FROM SUPERSONIC

Ordered a service from them, finally got it sorted after the ISP phoned me. I have requested multiple times on WhatsApp, email as well as logged tickets on their customer zone to upgrade the link speeds, add a static IP and there is absolutely no response from them, not even on the support tickets logged. Tried calling them a few times, after multiple attempts I gave up. Its horrible service and I have no idea how I am going to get this provider to assist me.
