Appalling Service

Good day

I registered and paid for 4 services on the 26th of February and have experienced the most horrible service ever since.

For starters, my orders were removed from the portal, after countless number of calls, they were eventually placed and I received deliver short of one. They are still not active to date due to the still awaiting upfront payment, even though they were all paid for, which means that they are not active yet.

This is a serious inconvenience, as hey have already billed me and expect me to pay for services that do not exist!!!!

I would not recommend this ISP to anyone
