Appalling Service

This is the most appalling service or lack there off ... service I have ever received. I have been on the phone waiting for over an hour and 30 minutes and counting. I have already been passed through 4 different people who keep transferring me. I doubt anybody there knows what they are doing. And all I want is to order a router to be delivered to me. At this point, I'm ready to cancel everything
