Appalling Service

I am a new customer so far the service provided is pathetic extremely appalling. have been trying to get though to customer service after 20 plus attempts via telephone with a waiting time of 30min plus and still not getting anywhere and numerous times via WhatsApp and also getting nowhere. If i do not get my line up and running by midday Tomorrow I'm cancelling with you
