Appalling Connection

Supersonic service is so bad very bad, I opted for unlimited LTE line as we don't have fiber coverage in our area. I.m paying R998.00 for the so called speeds up to 90 Mbps which i never got.

As i'm typing this review my speed is 12.57 Mbps which is the same speed i'm getting on my RAIN network. I have been complaining about the slow connection for several weeks now and still not getting any joy.

Their Tech support keeps on telling to restart my router which is basically what i do everyday yet no joy. At night network gets worse to a point were i can't even send a mere email.

MTN should be ashamed to associate themselves with such a poor service provider.
