Appalling and Dragging Service!

I called the following *** Super Sonic Support! Spoke to Lerato Matshego who was disruptive throughout the call. Asked to give her my ref number as I've been calling constantly and speaking to different agents but she demanded an ID number rather than the Ref No. Gave her the ID as requested, explained my issue and that Vumatel told me they've logged my ticket incorrectly. Lady went ahead and gave me a bad attitude, went over my words. I just need some assistance or get a refund!
