Appaling service from Supersonic Fibre and MTN Home Fibre

Despite the fact that my order was placed on 25 Aug and the router delivered on 28th of Aug, no installation has been done. Neither has any comms or updates been provided on when the installation will take place. I have had to follow up on numerous times. I was informed that installation takes approx 6 working days. Today is the 11 of Sept (17 days later). Appalled at the service.
